Body Shop Repair Or Rotary Machine

Hi all, OH caught the rear of the sliding door and wheel arch on a low level bollard. I've managed to lessen some of the scratches, but are still visible. There is also a dent. I can live with the dent, but is it a body shop job or can a rotary machine as opposed to a DA machine do the job. The scratches do snag a small amount.

As a rule of thumb, if you can feel the scratch with your nail, it will need painting.
Not sure if that helps ?
