Bike rack AND towbar mount storage combo

Hi all,

I'm picking up my T6 (tailgate) T30 SWB panel van next week which I'll be converting to a camper. I am thinking of buying a VW 4 bike rack (pricey I know, so may look for cheaper alternatives), but also thought it may be useful to use my Atera Strada towbar rack with a storage bag to carry the awning.

Does anyone know if it is possible to mount them both at the same time? Im not sure if the weight at the back could be excessive or even whether they would physically fit if used at the same time? Plan B is just use the towbar rack for the bikes and squeeze everything inside but it can get quite cramped for the kids sometimes so not ideal.

Any thoughts?

The tailgate rack and towbar rack can be fitted at the same time, someone posted a photo of them using both at the same time on here over summer. Hopefully they will be along soon to link to the other thread.

It works with a thule so would have thought Atera would be fine
