Barn doors won’t open at all

Went camping this weekend and completely out of the blue my rear doors on my t6 just won’t open!
Tried wiggling the lock woth key, tried from inside and outside (can access through sliding door!)
The middle and bottom latch open, but the top latch on the near side door is not releasing!

Any ideas how I can get the damn thing open, and how I can go about repairing it from there so it doesn’t happen again?

Can you get the panel off?
If you pull this cable down it should release the top lock.

I’m not sure I can, the rear seat is in the way of the rib bed, below it are all my camping chairs so can’t lower it down, maybe I can raise it it I’ll go and have a try. Are the panels just clipped on so will pry off ?

If you can't see the clips then your converter probably used the hidden clips. You should be able to prise the panel off. Just get the panel loose along the left hand side and you should be able to get to that cable to release the door. 4 clips down that side.
