Hi all, I'm looking for a bike rack for my barn door Van. My question is what options are there for fitting to the door type. I don't have a towbar and not looking to fit one so that isn't an option. I was in the process of buying the Fiamma 2 bike carry rack, but they are out of stock for the foreseeable. Is there another brand similair to the Fiamma?

Hi all, does any one know if the Fiamma Carry Bike VW T5 D will fit T6.1 (barn door)? I bought one through Marketplace and am struggling to get to fit tightly on the LH rear door? Just wondering if it just isn't going to fit...

@samg83 check out mtbvans.co.uk, they offer a solution whereby you install a ladder to the rear door then attach a bike mount to that. I've seen one in the real world and it looked pretty cool.
Also PUSHrack, this looked better but compatibility with transporters is unknown, not possible according to their website, but one guy has suggested he's seen them in Europe on "buses."

Fiamma website shows that T5 and T6 models are 30mm different.

Hi,
On a slightly different note, I have just bought a Fiamma bike rack for a barn door T6 but can't get the 3 bolt holes to line up, anyone had similar problems?
Are the bottom two bolts fully tightened? Loosen them off to allow some wiggle room. The frames may be slightly out of square. That's not missing the line up by much.

No, everything is loose but there's not much wiggle room as bolts are quite snug in holes, I could open up holes with a file but reluctant to go this route!
Hi are the black metal feet supposed to dust on the bumper? I fitted mine and the inside edge would defo scratch the door? Thanks

Hi thanks but do the metal feet rest on the bumper? I would say mine are 1cm higher and tbh im not seeing the point of them. Must be missing something?
As I stated I have protective tape to stop rubbing, that’s on the door and the bumper.

Hi, I returned my rack with the company agreeing it has been incorrectly manufactured. I think for the price it is a poor design, I'm going to fit a tow bar and go that route.
