Some time ago I posted a picture showing my 6mm figure of 8 strip pulling out of my awning rail. I believe thats the rail is VW.
Anyway after hunting around I believe that I now have two solutions.
Funky Leisure have a 7mm X 6mm figure of 8 strip which doesn't work 100% in the flexible part of the VW rail BUT appears to work well when installed in the base rail on the van. So it looks like a good solution as the flexible part is easilly removed and installed on the opposite side when not in use.
Also purchased a pole system which looks like a good solution.
