Awning rail

Hi, We had an awning rail fitted with the conversion to our t6.1 but it seems too short. It measures 2 metres in length so we're having some added on - question is, how long should it be on a SWB?
Thanks!

2m is too short , needs to at least cover the front of the sliding door to the back corner of the van otherwise it's no use.
And all in one piece is far better otherwise you risk snagging the awning every time you feed it in/out .

Got a few pics?

What's sort of rail?

It should be 2.4m or longer.

Thanks - if you zoom in you can see its a straight aluminum rail - 2m. Debating whether to go ahead with adding to it or have it taken off and another, longer one fitted!

When you have it sorted have a look at Wild Earth Sun Canopy. Packs small takes minutes to setup.
