Audi RS4 Seat Upgrade

Ye mine dint work as somone try before me and most likly burn modules or block them
I will get photos later I forgot to do so lol

Hi @Snakelimit, are you using the original controls in the seat or new ones? Would love to see some photos if you’ve gone for a customised approach ?
I used a basic ON/OFF/ON switch with 6 pins on the back. The two middle pins are for the power input (+ and -). On one end, I connected the output wires in one polarity (+ and -), and on the other end, I reversed the polarity (- and +). This way, I can change the direction of the DC motor, as it can run in either direction depending on the wiring. Sides connected to motor

If you can post what did you use parts wise I can understand a bit as polish but not all 😝

I’ve also fitted rs3 seats to my t6.1 transporter what have you done with the seatbelt wires when I unplug the t6.1 wires it brings an air bag light on with a seatbelt open circuit code there’s 4 wires on the Audi seats so not sure what to do thanks any help much appreciated

It’s orginal one I cut out holes after I removed orginal buttons I put a pice of fabric fake leather to hide imperfections

I took a different approach in the end and bought old Audi Electric seat controllers, which work directly from a 12v feed. Sadly they don’t fit in the trim but I have wired the so they pull out from under the seat on a long cable.. (like a wired gaming controller) 😂

Both of my Audi seats had a module too as that controlled all the seat functions including the motors. I just took those out and cut the connectors off so I had direct access to each of the seat’s motors.
