They don't have a code, they have Component Protection.
You will need to get this removed by someone with legitimate ODIS with online security access. A good VW Group independent should have this. They may ask for proof of purchase for the unit to ensure it's not a stolen item that's been sold to you.
Also, in order to get the original functions back, it will need to be an identical unit with matching part numbers (or a superseded part number) correct for the VIN.
