Hi @BLACKBETTY BAMALAM , welcome to the forum!I purchased a Status 1 Aurora Exclusive conversion back in June, from another camper converter that took it in PX, they had no info at all on conversion, managed to speak to a guy Status 1 who said they don't do conversions anymore as got too complicated, whatever that means? And they don't keep records of conversion specs etc and are constantly bombarded by people askingHe did however manage to tell me when I e-mailed a photo that the Pop Top was a UK POPTOPS Super Slimline roof, (I am still trying to find some who can replace the canvas for me though)
In other news, last week discovered water collected in tailgate, found cause to be rear window was very badly fitted, not been primed before fitting and was barley holding in place!
Fixed now thanks to the very helpful Gav at West Midlands Campervan Conversions
That said we still totally love our van and do not regret purchase, yet, despite several teething problems, don't think you are even going to get perfection buying pre-loved ;0)
I took a pleasant drive up North to Keighley to visit these guys Drivelodge | UK High-Top & Elevating Camper Van Roofs
They replaced my 4 and a half year old canvas under their 5 year warranty. The new canvas has another 5 year warranty!
Have a word with James, excellent company to deal with if you don't mind a bit of a drive!
