Hi I have a Amdro Style bed conversion for a twin rear seat. It was custom made by myself out of 12mm Birchwood ply, Dowel Glued and Stainless Screwed, works a treat but I finally got round to converting the back to a Caravelle system.
I have used it along with my Fiancé and it is strong enough to hold us and the dog. Roughly 200kg so expect it will hold more. The legs were made to fit with the rubber floor in place but I can supply longer ones you can cut to your won length to fit to your floor. Bolts to the seat pivot bolts and the head rests, so really secure.
