Adding a Webasto Thermo Top C to a VW T6 2016

Hi everyone, I have a problem with adding a parking heater to my T6. I connected it to the CAN Comfort line at the body computer, pins 20 and 21, and connected it to pins 2 and 3 in the x1 parking heater connector, to the x2 power connector, using VCDS I enabled block 18 in the CAN gateway, but I still have no communication with the controller.

Cześć wszystkim, mam problem z dodaniem ogrzewania postojowego do mojego T6. Podłączyłem je do linii CAN Comfort w komputerze pokładowym, piny 20 i 21, a następnie do pinów 2 i 3 w złączu ogrzewania postojowego x1, do złącza zasilania x2. Za pomocą VCDS włączyłem blok 18 w bramce CAN, ale nadal nie mam komunikacji z kontrolerem.

Full VCDS Auto-Scan would be a good start.
You obviously know that Thermo Top C was not a factory install on T6?
Does the heater communicate without BCM/gateway - connected directly with VCDS?
