Ad blue reset ?

Nope, not a jot, but I read a couple of forums, put some more fuel in as suggested and it worked (after driving around for days with the countdown getting lower and lower). It literally took less than 5 minutes to reset after I filled up with fuel and drove about 3 miles....
On that basis, I reckon it's at least worth a try!

According to the owners manual you should top up the adblue with the engine off, then turn the ignition on and wait fro the adblue to reset (up to 30 seconds) before starting engine.
It could be a co-incidence but if you filled the diesel after the adblue that was probably the time the adblue was doing its reset stuff?

Did you have the ignition on but engine switched off as you refilled? I'm sure my handbook said something like that when mine asked for a top up and I read up on how to do it. Poured itmjn slowly as instructed, left the ignition on as instructed another 30 seconds and it was golden.

As I'be said elsewhere on here, I had the adblue system deleted on my near 11 year old Audi Q5 a few years ago and it's passed 3 MOT's (with emissions tests) since without ant drama. At the first sniff of adblue issue on my T6 once the warranty expires, it will be in for the snip at the same place.
