Abs And Front Assist Warning Light

Hi all, my 2018 vw t6 keeps showing a warning light message whenever I carry out reasonably harsh braking. The warning is abs and front assist failure. The warning now stays on for about 5 minutes then goes off.

I have moved the wiring loom from under the passenger seat to the space below and fitted new alloys. Would either of these likely be the cause? Or do I need to pay a visit to my local vw dealer? Is it just a sensor playing up?
