Ablemail ABB-07 Bluetooth battery monitor - connection issues [Resolved]

That's the Pro one I've seen before..

Looks like able Mail are offering the same thing but in the standard case with the spike terminals?

I'm thinking about getting a 12/12/5b for the bus.
I'm happy it's in the same format, no rewiring involved, 2 minute job! All for ease me!

Guys are there any better I struction for configuring the amt12-2B all the videos I can find are for the older model which has more pins... Plus the instructions show pics of the old one too. Want to change it to 3/7

post a few pics of the one you have.

The config instructions has an additional fly lead off the leisure battery they they tell you to connect to another pin...

What I don't get is I see the below modes in the app but I can't select any of them. I thought I should be able to change it from there.

Not that I know of, had the leisure battery upgraded to the Fogstar yesterday and added the Ablemail at the same time. Seems strange that the app shows you the modes but they are not selectable...

Perhaps give Jonathan a ring at Ablemail, thoroughly nice approachable bloke.
Setting 4 works perfectly, on the original model there was a reason to change the setting, but really no need on the BT version. Your battery is pretty much the same as mine.
Have you charged your new battery up, usually they are shipped around 50% full. Is it resting over 13v?

Haven't charged it yet, I do need to speak to them as I was going to get a new of their trickle chargers. Thanks for your help mate, called it a day. It's bloody freezing out there.

thats the AMT12-2B version.

which has integrated BT - so no PINS for setup.

you have to use the APP.

Normally I would say run the diesel heater and work in comfort, but with the price of fuel at the moment perhaps a big coat would be better!

i have the Fogstar 230sb in the VAN..

I've got a new starter battery as well, so its resting voltage is back up to 12.6v.

AMT12-2 keeping it topped up above 12.2v nicely.

So did you go into the device settings and manually change the settings. I would have thought you should be able to apply the saved modes.
