644 Relay under dash is hot to the touch and switching like mad.

Hi folks, as title states, this morning and on a few other days this relay has been chattering away like mad on my 2021 t6.1. Most notably on cold mornings … when heated seats, AC, stereo, etc.,etc. are all on.
I tried looking on the forums but it seems that this relay switches almost everything. Besides the annoying chatter it creates - I’m not seeing anything in the van not working as a result.

The primary item that gets power from that relay (X-Contact relay) is your heated seats. Most other items are only for special police equipment with the exception of vehicles with rear fresh air blower.

What's your battery health like?

Sounds like the van may be doing load shedding while you have a large electric load - mine does after start up if I have the heated rear and front screens on and the seats - though to be fair it's doesn't chatter.
