I'm off to France and Switzerland tomorrow and think we have everything sorted. Anyone got any tips, hints or gotchas to pass on before I leave?

Switzerland is not a member of the EU... just saying :uh run:

Think I figured that bit out. It is part of the EFTA which operates in parallel with the EU in the single market...

Remember to buy the “vignette” when you cross the border. Stop at the office and buy it for 50 euro. It s valid all year round. Never drive over the speed limits in Swiss, they’ll catch you immediately.
Refuel before entering Swiss. Diesel is 2.50 euro per LT. Enjoy your trip!

And the speeding fine is proportionate to your earnings and payable immediately!
