Your design with the relays is not ’fail safe’!,if the bmv failed or the fuse feeding it was blown or a loose connection etc,and the temperature dropped then you Could potentially damage the battery. You should invert the relay on the bmv.

I’ve got App connect, ordered it with the van. Never used it, it’s a PITA Imo. Don’t waste your money. There’re only certain apps that work with it, overrated gimmick. All my humble opinion of course.

Good news getting a manual. Which has now set me thinking. :cool: So my charged voltage at 13.5v in the BMV is correct and in line with the factory voltage spec with an Absorb of 14.2 in the MPPT. So all good. The smart charger is at 14.2v I can up it to 14.4v but it all seems to be working fine.
