ZDC flash to update BCM - action code needed!

Afternoon all,

Having a slight issue with my 2022 T6.1.

Front fogs have been fitted and it has the 2Q5937090B Max level BCM but when I come to code the Front Left & Right Adaption Channels which are Leuchte 12NL LB45 & 13NL RB5 my BCM ends at LB40 & RB3.

I need to to do a ZDC Flash to update the BCM Data File which will make the relevent adaption channels become available but need an action code for this to happen.

Has anyone done this @Pauly (per chance? ) and know the correct action code?. Thanks in advance!!

VCP would be my go to tool for anything software/flashing

Yeah, its my garage who are looking into it for me. He's posted it on one of his forums. I just thought also posting here would be a good call.

ZDC format is available I am sure using vctools. If your garage can get the subscription, not expensive they woukd be able to find a correct datasets to that of the bcm you need and upload the files from there.

Now I have never done this, but I do recall access to zdc is available on this software.

Thank you @DanW81 i'll take a look into this to see if we can go down this route.

Would be nice to get BCM updated, currently my new fog lights are expensive decorations!

No problem. It seems strange your bcm pilots are different to what they should be.

Is your t6.1 a startline van, I assume it is.

Out if interest, as the bcm been physically removed to confirm these pins do not exist on the module?

Have you got a VCDS Auto-Scan + BCM adaptation map?

Yeah, it is a startline. ..no, hasn't been removed however I have removed the plug and added the fog pins to the correct location. ..I may need to remove bcm to check though

I'll check the version with my garage as he grabbed that info when he did the scan.

I haven't checked vcds + bcm adaptation map.. I will however do this one eve this week and report back. Thanks!
