Workshop Manual - Crank Seal Replacement

Hi guys,
I have a leaking crank case oil seal (timing belt side) - is there a link to a VW workshop manual somewhere detailing the procedure to replace? Garage are concerned it may be Teflon and require an expensive installation tool so advised I’d ask here.

I should add I’m not losing much oil but would rather everything was spot on

I did mine on my 180bhp engine (not sure if the other engines are the same)
I have a dodgy copy of the vw manual software which did specify a special tool which I bought off ebay. Might of been OK without it but chickened out and bought it, think the tool was about £30

I made a space for the seal to install using a few wraps of a coke bottle around the crank.
