So I’m a few months into the T6 journey now. Have already had the pleasure of the leaking intercooler, a failed EGR, a broken heating flap actuator…. so getting there!
Mrs Grey Area has bought one of these Wolfbox motor things. I’m installing it now. We have the older G840S. It’s supposed to be connected to OBD for its power. My question is - does this make sense? It seems to switch itself off after five minutes when testing. I’m thinking I could just run a USB C from the fusebox (with correct voltage change) but wondering if there’s another reason for OBD?
