Which Portable folding adjustable Table?

I have a Shuttle and we generally remove the middle seats for holidays. Means the kids have more legroom, are further away from the olds and we have space when we turn the front seats round, to eat etc...

I'm considering a portable folding adjustable height table for both in the van and outside. I found these but am not sure if I could get away with 3ft or search for a 4ft long table. I'm wondering what other 'non camper van' owners do?
