When to replace the engine battery?

The 6.1 comes (came) with the factory option of a 92Ah battery.

My T6.1 (2023 - Bosch DNAB) came with 70 Ah EFB Exide.

Get a new battery by all means, but your farts will be silent for months afterwards if you get the dealer to do the job.

Mine (24 plate) sits at around 12.2, doesn't seem to be a problem.

Does your stop start kick in? Mine almost never does.

It’s not always about the voltage as such, you could do with disconnecting it and using a battery tester that puts it under load. If it’s scrap it will fault way below 12v.

I think Halfords do this for free, but if you have leisure batteries get them to isolate the starter battery before testing it.
