Fogstar seatbase 230

Evening, just installed a fully charged Fogstar seatbase 230 with a blue sea mrbf fuse holder and blue sea fuse. I’ve gone to power up the system and nothings switching on from it. I’ve looked at the app and there’s 98% capacity and no error messages or anything on the log. I've put a multimeter directly on the battery battery terminals and it’s reading 2.4 volts. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Does the battery app report voltage too and if so, what is it?

Tried putting a 12v load directly to the battery terminals not via the mrbf fuse, a lamp would be ideal, nothing too large?

Apologies gents issue found. First one my main crimp off of the battery came apart now fixed. Also my battery was in ‘sleep’ mode set by me hence low voltage. All working now many thanks, will recheck the rest of the crimps tomorrow

Worth noting (for anyone else coming here) the 230ah battery has a discharge button on the actual battery. So the battery can be physically turned on/off as well as turning discharge and charging on/off via the app.
