Wheel spare

good evening!!! I have a T6 4motion '19 with BF Goodrich 225/65/17 tires and Mad 3cm lift springs. I would like to put spacers on the wheels. How many millimeters should I choose and what brand?

I have 30mm all round from these guys. They haven’t fallen off yet.
I prefer bolt on rather than bolt through as it’s easier to get the wheels on and (if using OEM wheels) you can use all OEM bolts.

Are you using the OEM length bolts with 30mm spacers!?

Theoretically yes, but I haven’t found any statistical studies or documented evidence, only conjecture.
If you took the extreme then a 10metre spacer would probably strip the threads pretty quickly with the leverage involved.

Depending on the width of the spacer they can cause extra body damage from stone chips and the dirt that would normally be contained in the wheel arch ends up over the side of the van.

Let's be logical. The spacers I finally ordered are from Eibach, 25mm front and 30mm rear.. the rubber will come in line with the dome... I hope I don't cause any damage to the mechanical operation of the car.
