When fitting aftermarket alloys do you need new wheel nuts even if you already have factory alloys?

Depends on the new wheel. The OE wheels have a radiused seat for the wheel bolt head - a lot (most?) aftermarket wheels use a conical seat for the bolt head.

Plus most decent wheel suppliers will include the full matching wheel bolts.
