Greetings to everyone, ..... my California has as standard the 16-inch iron wheels, so i guess the spare wheel is 16 ....., in the housing you can put a 17? ..... this it's my problem ... before I buy wheels from 17 and notice that they are not ....
Yea the holder will take a larger wheel, worst case if you have the shorter (50ish mm) bolts on the spare carrier you may need to change them for the longer( 90ish mm) ones
Maybe the bar support bolts holding on the spare wheel? or the bar is different? ..... should not be so much difference in rubber thickness / circumference between 16 and 17 .... The bolt where it can be found ...?
You may not need it but if you do you can buy one from your local dealer or you can buy online and get posted, if you get stuck let me know and I can get the part numbers/prices for you
