I don't get it at all. There were spaces all along the seafront, absolutely no reason to park there. OK, there were not masses of vehicles around, but those are the only spaces with level ground. I don't understand the mentality of people who do this. Our local Tesco express is the worst. 2 disabled bays. they're literally the most popular bays there. People are cocks.
