What do use to remove the load strap

Looks like a 10 or 12 spline - be very careful. I bought seat covers, had to find out what the arm rest bolt was, was told an 8mm Allen key fits, rounded off the bolt. Then found the correct tool (which wasn't easy) but it was too rounded off. So if I do need to remove my armrests, I'll need to saw or machine them off.

Find out for certain rather than guessing.

I will second that
I used a large star/torx to remove mine and mashed one up ended up cutting the plastic away to remove it with grips and had to replace the screw and plastic

Do you need to remove the seat belt bolt to take this trim off

@Polzeylad & @Pauly would a screw remover not do the trick in removing the rounded off headed screw - the sort that drills in with a left-handed twist?

@Polzeylad & @Pauly you would need to drill the head off that way you might be able to get some moles on the shalt to undo it

Unfortunately the arm rest bolt is sunk into a 1-2" hole so really hard to access!
