what is considered a fully charged voltage for Gel carbon battery?

Hi i am trying to find out what is considered a fully charged voltage for a gel carbon 110ah battery. I have been trawling the web with no clear indication as to what it is. some say 12.7, some 12.9 with some stating 13.2v
little confused as to what is considered fully charged voltage.

Voltage isn’t a great way of determining charge, as you have found out.
I always work on about 12.9, but it drops very quickly with even a light load.

The best way is to measure charge and discharge current with an appropriate device - loads of advice on here about what works.

if you are referring to the starter battery, remember that the battery control module keeps the battery at 80%, so don’t be surprised to see it at 12.6v
