Yes, price for four. Not sure with spacers, from past experience lowering won’t be an issue, unless maybe slammed on air. Getting the right tyre size should keep the overall diameter similar to standard. There are plenty of members here using spacers that might be able to help with there experiences.

its all about the ET (offset)
and the wheel width which is called the J
ie 9J x 19 or 8.5J x 20
wheels may be ET35 or ET55 say , thats 20mm difference already
the smaller the ET the more they will stick out
