We have a small electronic oven/grill that my late father in law bought, my wife made a container out of foil put in tortillas, grated cheese and chilli's and grilled it. Added chilli con carne from a previous meal, creme fraiche and you have the best meal!

Looks like it to me.

The best fish I have ever had (and I have eaten in some proper expensive seafood restaurants) was fresh mackerel cooked on a BBQ beside our T6 on a Lyme Regis campsite.
