A stressful day, having been told we should have been off our pitch at 11am, just as we had started a 2 hour boat trip in Amsterdam!
Sites fault who later apologised profusely...
Not only that, my consumer unit popped a couple of days ago having used a dodgy John Lewis 4 way reel mains cable which shorted both the van and hook up point!
Fortunately forum members were on hand back at base to shift our considerable gear and van to a pitch 20 feet away. Thanks @Dellmassive @garyp1969 @BoroBoy et al!
The new pitch was shaded so I could get to my CU to flip the switch without sweating to death!
The day finished with a nice local beer in the pub we went to on our first day.
Off to the seaside tomorrow, a 20 mile drive!

I reckon I've probably peed about twice a day in this near heatwave, checking one of those colour charts for dehydration indication and it's actually closer to Kurkuma Yellow on the VW colour chart, which is pretty much my favourite, ironically. 
. £6.30 a go ....reckon they charge extra for the sun .
