It’s pizza Friday, so whilst I fire the oven up I’ll just test a little bottle that I brought back from Belgium in May.
Very nice. Smooth and a little fruity, not bitter at all.
Progressed to some North Brewing DIPA to go with a special garlic bread.
That looks like it’s still got the cheese in it….
