What’s this dangly bit?

Just been looking online at images of t6 headlight levelling sensors. There's nothing like one within reach or otherwise of the loose plug. Maybe its been removed? Too late after purchase now (3 weeks) to bring it up with the VW dealership. I'll run it on some undulating country lanes and see if the self levelling works.

I don’t think it’s too late to bring it up with the dealership, after 28 days yes, but inside of that I think it’s perfectly reasonable.

Solved, it was a missing levelling sensor. The VW commercial garage I purchased from agreed to pay my local VW van center to replace the missing sensor and plug (the old one had corroded pins). Luckily I had kept the email from the sales guy who sold me the vehicle, saying that they would sort it. He had recently left the company so they wanted proof of our conversation
Glad I kept that email as the bill was £414 for sensor, plug and fitting! No cost to me.
Happy days
