As I've finally got a bit of time I thought I'd upload some more pictures and a bit more info.

There's been a couple of externally visible changes from the above. The van now has some 18" black Calibre wheels, these became the summer wheels and the Cascavels the winters. The reflective rear quarter windows have been dealt with too.

Internally it's very much been an evolution, with an underlying goal of avoiding making any permanent changes (and permanent mistakes!), so I made and fitted the cabinets in a sort of modular way. For example I can get the kitchen out and put in the second row of seats in about half an hour. I've always wanted to retain the functionality of using it as a van when needed. The square box behind the passenger seat hides a chemical toilet.

It's been insulated just about everywhere I can get to, I've made new roof cards with a fabric that matches the cab original roof fabric.

I've made a plywood folding/hinged bed base, which sits on a slot together frame. It takes 5 mins to put up or take down and folds flat for storage and transportation. It gives a bed about 130cm wide at the top end, and slightly narrower at the kitchen end. This gives us the flexibility to sleep inside overnight when we're camping with the awning.

Hi folks, just joined up with our forest Green T6 camper. Looking forward to having a good look around on here, starting with some ideas for adding solar charging for the leisure batt 🙂

Nice one Clem I genuinely like what you have done inside as I have a similar mindset when it comes to my van.
