WAV Conversion back to Camper - Caravelle 2019

Hi all,

Advice needed 😄

I recently purchased a 2019 VW Caravelle for 20k with 59k miles as a WAV conversion. The idea has been to convert into a camper. However, there is considerable work to be done as the wheel chair ramp has cut into the back of the van (see pictures). There is also a huge electrical box underneath the van that clips bumps. I wondered if anyone has undertaken such a conversion in the past and noted that one member has fully replaced the back end in one of the threads. I am not particularly handy so would be looking for someone to the conversion for me.

The main option I am looking at is a partial conversion, removing ramp, adding in a bumper joining bracket and false floor to cover the ramp cut out. Remove the large electrical box from underneath. Then adding in rock and roll bed and battery system. What would be the estimated cost or a decent company to reach out to for such a job?

See posts above with similar question. That"box" underneath that catches on speed ramps is not electrical - it's a skid plate for the lowered fuel tank

There was a post yesterday asking almost the same question - I can't find it now either!
