Water dripping from... what is this?

I have water dripping from this "orifice" in the engine bay: what is it and is it supposed to drip?
T6 Highline, air-con was turned off at the time.

It’s the aircon drain.

I think the aircon still runs if the heater is on window screen

Interestingly the heating/ventilation was directed towards the windscreen, but as the A/C indicator LED was off, I thought the A/C was actually off.

I have also got cold water dripping from underneath the van. Nothing overnight but after a dive some cold water drops. Can’t see where it’s coming from though but it’s definitely the passenger side

How deep was the dive? deeper than 10m? What was the bottom time? It could be just condensation, or a water leak.....
