Warranty Work At Van Centres In The Nw.

Anyone used Liverpool or Preston van centres for warranty repairs if so what have your experienced been, good,bad or indifferent.

Thanks for the reply Volkywagen if you don't mind me asking what did you have done. Was it in for a few days? Did you have to chase for updates did you get a report of what work had been done?

Only a few things so far;
New pop top roof seal, internal roof securing grommets and a seized up pulley wheel on the engine and first service. Also ordered a few bits like side bars and it’s been in and out same day.
Only time I shouted was when they washed it....other than that they seemed ok.
Quite attentive as well while I waited once. Came out of the workshop and showed me things they were doing.
