Hi all, noticed that the pop top base board is warped slightly so doesn’t lay flat to the frame at the front end on one side - it’s about 15mm gap. I’ve just tried putting a packer about a third of the way down the frame and used a g-clamp to hold the base to the frame hoping that it may bend back in to shape. Anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

got a few pics?

what poptop have you got?

warped wood - once its gone its gone.

has it got wet? - sucked in moisture?

you might need to replace the bedboard? - maybe with some pressure treated OSB board?

what thickness is your existing board?

whats yours made from ? - PLY?, MFD?

Definitely agree with the above. You could try steaming the underside whilst it's clamped but will likely just end up being a wavey mess.

I new board can be DIYed relatively easily if you're handy.

May be worth resealing the pop top before you do the bed board though

Thanks for the replies folk. There’s def no leaks. I suspect it may have warped in the summer heat as the van was on display at the dealers for a couple of months with the roof up? Either that or was built with cheap ply/MDF. If I can’t manage to ‘unwary’ it I’ll go back to the dealer as they put a 13 month conversion warranty on it (it wasn’t them that converted)
