Just showing the temperature range we ask our vans to operate in.
Today is 43 degrees Celsius outside and van runs fine.
Thankfully with air-conditioning.
If anyone has any pictures of very hot or very cold conditions we can see who has the hottest or coldest conditions we drive our vans in.Messenger_creation_8DB6E2B1-6224-4976-9AEB-1FA8759B6C26.webp

I suspect the coldest will be from one of Finnish members... unless I decide to park my van in my porch - it's always nithering in there!

Yeh. @mmi has shown some very impressive cold temperatures that he's shown.

The most I've seen in London is -6 to +36c.

I would assume that cold climates are harder on the van, as the engine likes to be at 90c for most of the time anyway.

Nice hot temperature! I am sure over there you can get even more if it happens you get stuck under the sun in the afternoon. I wish we could import just a little of it here in East Europe, it's like 3 weeks that we do not see any ice melting!

BTW, Not sure what you get Downunder, but for the T6 1, there is a specific "Hot Climates" option. Don't know exactly what it entails, possibly an oil radiator.

No... @Jey would be the expert 🥶 [Guide] [T6_modified] T6 Webasto Aux/Parking (water) Heater Configuration with VCDS

Even seen on vans from the UK

-29°C was the coldest I've driven in, and thet was indeed in Finland. I was going out with an au pair and when she returned home I went across to visit.

She's now a cabinet minister, and Im a fat bald man so I guess  she I had a lucky escape !

40 celsiuses is the hottest I've driven in, and that was here a couple of years ago. Those big Volvo 5 pots make a lot of heat and I was concerned but in the end the car behaved just fine.

I can't even imagine those temperatures so cold.
We think around 0 degrees Celsius is bloody freezing.
I guess its what you are used to.
I don't think I would be a good driver on icy roads.
45 degrees Celsius is about as hot as it gets but you don't feel like doing much outdoors as it feels like a pizza oven.
Thankfully doesnt happen too often.
