Wouldn’t mind fitting an external aerial as a last resort but it’s a pricy option

seems ok when the lights are on dipped beam but signal is on and off on drls only, my ferrite beads did nothing either

I spoke to Absolut5 on here who seems to think the shark fin dab antenna will do the trick so that’s what I’m going to do I think

What’s this pwm and can I do that with Carista?

I have a shark fin aerial so I wouldn’t be hopeful that it would fix it!

Sorry gents I am making a mess of my replies here.

I have the following set up and with the lights turned off there is no radio at all.

Prior to the lights I had no issues with the radio at all.

That’s a shame!

I’ve noticed that if the weather is OK then I have no issues at all - if it’s raining etc then I must have the lights on so as to not impact the radio!

I’m waiting for a response off them this week but at the moment I am managing to cope with them!

I just put a set from each of the vland names ones in my watch list and waited for the best offer

The ferrite cores never worked for me, VLand are going to offer me a discount but I have yet to see what it is, I’ll decide then if to return them once I know what it is. It’s a shame as they are amazing lights but I’m not losing my radio for them.

I was holding out for the THQ full LED, but just yesterday they said they could be another 6 months away! I might try the Gbrite versions.

I finally got round to fitting mine. Very pleased The ferrite cores seem to be working fine for me. No issues with DAB whatsoever.
