I will give that a go thank you. Is yours always in the slight backwards recline? Or does it go back to the straight up position ever ?I half swivel my seat (anticlockwise), take the head rest off (I only have one on) and then fold the seat fully and finish the 180 degree turn and push the seat back up. Works great.
No, only fully reclined (10 degrees) or fully flat. I don't think there is version that does reclined, normal and folded is there? I could be wrong. Would love one that allowed you to set different positions.I will give that a go thank you. Is yours always in the slight backwards recline? Or does it go back to the straight up position ever ?
That’s reassuring thank you @soldas . Right off to master this swivel now without the headrest cheersNo, only fully reclined (10 degrees) or fully flat. I guess it's hard to manufacture as it would need be pretty solid to work for crash testing.
Oh and put your handbrake down! That’s reassuring thank you @soldas . Right off to master this swivel now without the headrest cheers![]()

Still practicing- blumin hard work so far @Wayne01Hi
We have a double seat with Kiravan swivel, any issue with moving it now you has the vankraft recliner in place? Is it still doable or is there a lot of work involved.
Is it easier with the chair up or flat?
Thanks
Glad I'm not the only oneGot a non reclining, non folding, non Vankrafted, plain vanilla double seat, it's on a Kira Van swivel and sometimes it's a piece of duff to turn around and will happily slide all over the place during the turning ceremony, obviously this is when parked, in gear, handbrake off and fully down.
However more often than not we rock up on site, the roof is up in 30 seconds but I then spend the next 10 minutes trying to turn the poxy seat without ripping the drivers seat arm rest off and having to open the passenger door as the seat seems to expand into a three seater and keeps catching on the handbrake which some knob left sticking up...![]()

Hi, what one?Swap to a sliding swivel base. Easy peasy... no need to drop the handbrake, no faffing about.
