van converter fitted wrong Split charger

Morning all,

so yet another issue I have come across since getting my van back from the converters.

They fitted a voltage sensing relay.... I have a 2019 T6 2.0TSI with stop start. I am pretty sure as these have a smart alternator I NEED a dc-dc charger, such as The CTEK?

I think the debatable term here is NEED
They will say you WANT one, i would agree they should fit DC DC chargers by default but VW themselves still use a split charge relay and a VSR will work to some extent and keep some energy in the leisure battery just not very well and never fully charged
