Upsizing Tyres things to know

Yes, it's the controller 10 - Park/Steer Assist- which handles also parking sensors. The setting is under "Adaptation", IDE00845-Wheel circumference.

Interestingly it's set to 2150 mm on all VCDS full scans of T6.1 I have got this far - both 17" and 16" chassis. Even more interesting is that not all T6.1 have the controller 10 to tweak.

You are right, mine ( 2023 T6.1) has NOT that Control Unit, at least according to OBDeleven.
Interestingly it is a T32, but came with the 16" steels.

My 2022 T6.1 couldn’t be done via Carista or similar small OBD tools. I had to pay a specialist £40 to change it via the correct VCDS, or whatever it’s called… the VW software. Speedo is now spot on, couple of mph under travelling on 245/45r20” wheels and tyres.

That would be the earlier non Bosch ecu then I guess? Mine is one of the last ones so will be Bosch

Nay. Mine is a Bosch (DNAB) and Control Unit 10 does not show up too (under Obdeleven Pro).

Update :
"wheel circ" appears in Adaptation under Control Unit 76 "Parking Assistant" and is set to 2150.

So annoyingly I can see “parking assistant” control unit and “wheel circ” under that, but when I go into wheel circ it gives me this. Is parking assistant the same one as mentioned as others have said it’s “parking and steering”? I have a separate control unit for steering assistant but no adaptations for that.
