I don’t know your area so can’t suggest anyone I have known to do good work, but someone else on here might.
In the meantime, I think you’re right on top of CAK Tanks - which I believe stands for Caravan Accessories Kenilworth. If they don’t fit, they’ll sure know someone who does.
What are you looking to have fitted - fresh / waste / both?
Fish has a pod in his van that he connects to a fresh tank - he went for a Reimo internal tank that sits between the B and C pillars, if underslung turns out to be a no-go (as did Neilson). Click on the tag below to see their build threads.
