U shape setup inc. belted seats?

I'm pretty happy with the current layout of the van, but it's not what I actually wanted the van to be when I bought it.

I always wanted a u shape setup, but we need at least one rear belted seat.

Does anyone have this kind of setup of know of someone who has or a company that provides what I'm after?

I have this setup. We use a single rear seat that is mounted the the old bench seat bracket. Works with the U shape rear but stops access to fridge/sink/hob unit. We just remove the seat at camp. Is an heavy beast mind.
