U-Shape Cushion Cover Suppliers

Hi all,

I’m nearing the “end” of my T5.1 conversion. I opted for a U-shape layout and had initially decided to give the cushion covers a go myself. I’ve since decided that is a horrible idea, so I’m looking for recommendations for companies that can supply cushion covers to custom dimensions.

I’ve purchased the foam already, so just looking to get the covers made. Inclusive or exclusive of material supply is fine.

Did you ever get this sorted? That's the same stage I'm up to currently, although we live up in Newcastle so we'll not likely be picking the same company to do the work..

Ended up going with Wagtail Campers (@wagtailcampers on Instagram).

Ilona was so helpful throughout the whole process, helping us pick out fabric and answering all our questions. The cushions are absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. I’ll attached a few photos.

She’s based in Scotland, but we were able to ship the foam via DPD for £15ish using their collection service.

Ilona was so helpful throughout the whole process, helping us pick out fabric and answering all our questions. The cushions are absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. I’ll attached a few photos.

Ahh they look great, nice one. Love the camper too. Very similar layout to ours actually, colours too (or at least the plan). How much did they cost if you don't mind me asking? Your foam looks nice and thick like ours too, similar sizing.

They were around £800 including material and labour, which seemed pretty cost effective amongst other quotes I got. This was for six fairly large cushions with some awkward angles/cutouts too. As yours are more of a standard shape, they may be slightly cheaper.

The fabric is really great quality too, super thick and durable and pretreated with stain prevention etc.

Thanks, I'm still waiting on quotes coming back but that seems to be in line with the research I've done on pricing. Mine look fairly standard, but two of them have some custom cuts done to fit the contours of the van. Glad you finally got it sorted anyway, looks great.

Hi, I am looking to build this exact style in my T5 SWB. Do you have the measurements used for the 2 bed sections? I am struggling to work out the exact measurements required
