Physically yes, assuming they are available in the correct size and load rating as they are not used by many manufacturers. However, I personally wouldn’t for several reasons including poor ride quality, tendency to tramline, van isn’t designed to use them, possible insurance implications (I’d declare them), price….
I removed them at the earliest opportunity from every BMW and Mini I’ve had as they are dreadful in my experience. Maybe the latest gen are better? If you are worried about punctures then some manufacturers now do tyres with sealant in them (not sure if they come in sizes for a T6 though) or carry a can and some anchovies (tubeless tyre repair kit) plus the spare under the van.
I changed the ones on my 5 series as soon as was sensibly possible for regular tyres. The ride a steering feel quality is way better. I've got nowhere to carry a spare, so carry a can of goo, a 12v pump and my AA card.
I guess we are talking about "Run Flat Tyres"? I guess that some where they may have their uses but I could not get rid of them fast enough when I had them years ago. Only problem then is few tyre garages would touch them then. Even when I watched a tyre fitter that eventually agreed to remove them he cursed and swore and said to me never bring RFT back here again. He was not well pleased. Worse driving tyres ever IMHO.
