TSI spark plug gap

Any advice on the correct spark plug gap for the TSI petrol engine?
The VAG manual states between 1.0 and 1.1mm.
However several sites selling replacement plugs state 0.7mm.

i seem to be encountering a slight stutter when accelerating sometimes (even the Mrs noticed), and have recently replaced the plugs with a 1.0mm gap so wondered whether the gap should have been 0.7mm?

When I use regular unleaded I sometimes encounter that also, running premium unleaded and it's very rare, I had the plugs changed at the 2nd service and will likely have them changed at every service, OEM plugs fitted by my trusted mechanic, don't know the gapping so I'm useless to you in that respect.

Sorry I meant Shaun. Just wondering if its a ebay job as I've heard of a lot of dubious sales on there.

Yeah, I recently saw something on Fake Britain about dodgy plugs (& injectors), so I’ve ordered some more from Autodoc. I’ve gone for the NGK LPG ones, which NGK claim are already gapped correctly and should be better for my van on LPG.
