Three Bridge Campers.

I just wanted to let people see the fantastic and classy work done by Three Bridge.

The guys there are all spot on and know their stuff. I had a few ideas of my own that they helped modify and improve on.

The quality of materials they use is second to none and yes a little pricier than some competitors but boy is it worth the extra. We get complimented on the van wherever we go and I know the interior will still be solid after many years of use.

If you have a niggle or a problem they will sort it until your satisfaction.

The options list is almost endless but take your time, decide what you can live with or without. I went for the extra wide bed as you can see and I’m so glad I did. You can make up for loss of storage by having under floor gas and water plus the larger bed gives plenty of storage space underneath too.

The solar panel is a must as well. We can go off grid for a week and keep the ice coming from the fridge/freezer. The only downside is you have to keep buying more booze.

I thoroughly recommended these people. There was a long wait on the waiting list after paying a deposit but the end result speaks for itself.

I can’t wait to go out in it again.

Agreed, very nice. I particularly like the coloured panel they fit behind the kitchen row.

Looks good
LWB ? And what size is that fridge? Is there any storage above it or is it just s void?

Hi All,

I have just joined the T6 Forum.

It is probably 35 years since we gave up trailer caravanning, and in our dotage thought we would give campervaning a go.

I am in the process of purchasing a used T6 LWB (or T30 whatever that is) Three Bridges conversion of 2020 vintage. I have been looking online for their website without success. Does anyone know of their whereabouts or even if they are still in business?

Also, for insurance purposes, does any one know what alarm/immobiliser would have been factory fitted as original equipment

Kind regards.

Hi. They've now renamed to Trek RV - same outfit I believe.

Hi and welcome , 3 bridges used to turn out some nice looking stuff .
Theres a few of their conversions on YouTube if you want a nosey .

Three Bridges were on our shortlist when we were looking for a converter. They turned out to be a bit too "Blingy" for us, we were looking more for Old Farts comfort wagon rather than Tarts Boudoir.
They made it on to our shortlist too, but they weren't up for some of the custom stuff we were after, plus their sales guy came across as less than enthused about the entire project. I was prepared to overlook the latter point as, apparently, he wasn't feeling very well at the time of our visit, but his sales pitch hit the rocks when he started bad-mouthing the Hilo Sport roof - bad-mouthing the product that is, rather than company directors (which would have been much more justified). Anyway, I ended-up getting a Hilo Sport roof (and full conversion), fitted by VisionTech.

Exactly, great for admirers at a van show but pretty crap when the much needed worktop is mostly curved.

Their curved cabinetry was just one of the styles they built (and I do mean built - they didn't buy-in flat-pack crap like a lot of converters do) and their build quality was head & shoulders better than most on the market. So, I guess you pays your money and choose your definition of what "pretty crap" is.

We had our conversion of a brand new (this was in 2018) T6 LWB 150 DSG done by Autohaus in Minehead. They listened carefully to what we wanted, questioned us as to why we wanted certain things then.came back and said what they could and could not provide (very few no's) and then built it. We have a LWB Highline High top with hot water, cabin heating, on board toilet, external shower (hot) and all the usual stuff. We love it and the Autohaus after sales service has been tremendous. There were some niggles but all sorted very quickly and efficiently. Any issues that crop up I call them and in the vast majority of cases it is sorted on the phone. I would definitely purchase again from them.
